New Construction

Rough-in, trim-out and EMT conduit for new homes, additions and commercial build-outs.

New construction runs on a schedule, and the electrical work has to fit between framing, inspections and drywall. We rough in the wiring and boxes while the walls are open, then come back to trim out devices and fixtures once finishes are in.

Where a project calls for exposed or protected runs, we install EMT pipe so the wiring is ready for inspection and easy to service later.

Builders and owners can send JMG Electric their plans, and we'll walk through the scope before work starts.
